✅ Wrong Template Received
- If you receive a different template than the one you purchased, we will either send the correct template or issue a refund.
✅ Duplicate Purchase
- If you accidentally purchase the same template multiple times, we will refund the extra payment.
2️⃣ Refund Policy for License Key Payments
License keys are issued for activating premium features in our templates. Since these are digital and one-time-generated, refunds for license key payments are subject to the following conditions:

- Once a license key is issued and activated, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
🚫 No Refunds for Incorrect Purchase

✅ Refunds for Non-Working License Keys
- If the license key provided by us does not work due to a technical issue and we are unable to resolve it, a refund will be issued.
✅ Duplicate License Key Purchase
- If you accidentally purchase the same license key more than once, we will refund the extra payment.

🚫 The template does not work due to third-party modifications or external interference.

If you meet the eligibility criteria for a refund, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Provide Proof – Share screenshots or details of the issue.
3️⃣ Resolution Attempt – Our team will first try to fix the issue. If unresolved, a refund will be processed.
4️⃣ Refund Approval – If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
